Everything depends on my mood. Which is very sad , but that is none the less how I function as it is.

I have been working on some napkin rings. They are knitted in goldcoloured wire, with 7 stiches, and I make them so they fit around a papernapkin.
-i was thinking of making 20, but I guess it depends on how many I can make out of one roll of wire. It is pretty hard on the body in general, so I take a lot of breaks.

I actuallt have a lot of problems with my body - my shoulders, my neck, my upper and lower arm, my wrists and fingers.. My body does not agree with me when it comes to how much I ought to knit, draw or whatever. - there is probably several of you who feel the same way!
I have ALMOST made a promisse to myself that I should start on doing some yoga to prevent myself from really hurting...But I am just not the quickest in the bunch to, well, do anything.

Look at what I found at my grandmothers house - a fabolous canister.
I have no idea how old it is - just look at the amazing colours!

I believe it is time to show just how far I have gone on my mitten project.

I startet out knitting one, but it was too small for my mother.
Then I knittet a second - which is almost done.
After having knittet it first to big, then too short, and now too long - I am getting there.
I have even startet on the other mitten - so not long until I got a pair.

I have so many projects I would like to get startet on, but I have promissed myself that I will not start a new project until I have finished one..

Currently I am working on a couple of projects.
I am making a scarf for my father, very subtle - not too "homemade"
Knitting a couple of grey mittens for my mother, whit green and pink fishes on them.
Knitting some red napkins - it will be no more than 5 though out of 2 skeins.. that bothers me a bit.
Knitting some guesttowels for.. well haven't decided yet.
Then my biggest project, is a blanket for myself.. And oh that has certainly been a big project.. I think I have been working on it for over 3 years! of course In those 3 years I actually did almost finish the blanket, only to realise that I didn't like it and wantet to knit it some other way.

My Grandmother has sadly, just died.

That of course makes one think all kinds of stuff.
But my father told me that my grandmother used to say: "one can do exactly what one whishes to do" - And this, I will make sure to remember.
