what I ought to do....


I know which things are good for me and which are not..
But to do what is good for one self, is not always as easy as you think!

*going for walks
*cleaning/tidying my room
*cooking
*baking
*getting 3 meals a day
*going for a run
*doing yoga
*cleaning/tidying the apartment
